According to the Office of National Statistics in the third quarter of 2023, 46,100 people were employed as Architects in the UK and all should adhere to the same ARB Codes of Conduct and would, most likely, provide a similar answer to any questions regarding the Profession.

So why are we different – the short answer is we are not, but what we are able to offer is considerable experience across a wide sector of the Profession built up over many years based upon a practical and pragmatic approach.  What sets us apart is our accessibility, we understand that at times some well-tailored Cost Effective Architectural Advice is all that is required and unlike many firms we are happy to provide this service.

Our fees are charged on a standard time charge basis which provides our clients a flexible ‘pay as you go’ approach. In certain instance we are also happy to agree a fixed price once the parameters of a task are fully understood.
